Product Description

The S323L is a non-contact phase rotation meter for checking the sequence of a three-phase system. Its insulated clips sense the conductors through their insulation, allowing phase sequence checks without removing the wire insulation.

LEDs and audible feedback indicate positive or negative sequence, while individual phase indicators assist with identifying an open phase. The S323L clips accept wire outer diameters from 1.5 mm to 16 mm, and four rear magnets support attaching the instrument to a metal surface.

What wire size fits this model?
The combined S323N/L datasheet specifies a clampable wire outer diameter of 1.5 mm to 16 mm for S323L. Select the model using the wire outer diameter, including insulation.
Does the wire insulation need to be removed?
No. The specified method uses insulated clips placed around the insulated conductors; it does not require metallic contact with the bare conductor.
How are positive and negative phase sequences shown?
